CANON Alexandre is a French hospitality professional and consultant with international experience across China, Switzerland, and Kazakhstan.

After graduating from Les Roches Hospitality Management School in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, Alexandre began his career in China, working within five-star hotel environments before continuing his experience in Switzerland’s luxury hospitality sector. He later managed the operations of a complex of nine restaurants around Crans-Montana, gaining hands-on experience across both Food & Beverage and financial management.

With four years of professional experience, Alexandre specializes in F&B profitability and cost control, operational systems, and purchasing and supplier management. His approach combines international hospitality standards with practical, data-driven solutions designed around the realities of each business.
